Although betting strategies depend on a person, these three betting tips are the best and you can rely on them for every UFC event.
Rule 1 – avoid heavy favorites
This a mistake most of the beginners make and this can turn you broke faster than anything else. You shouldn’t bet on someone who is above -400 favorite. Only when one Is -300 favorite you can place a bet and still, do not wager very much, it is better to wager on an underdog then.
Rule 2 – do not bet on every fight
The beginners usually think that the more fights they bet on the more they win. Actually, this is not true. There are many fights where neither fighter has an edge so why would you lay your money on a fight like that? And still, if you really want to bet on a fight like that, make sure you betting is VERY small and will make no damage to your bankroll if you lose.
Rule 3 – look for an underdog
Every professional will tell you that if you want to win in a long run, you have to bet on more underdogs than favorites. Especially when it is UFC, where the most bettors bet on the favorites so you need to win at a MUCH higher ratio, than if you are picking underdog. That’s why you profit more, even if underdogs win not so often.
