Awww you sound like a dissapointed Rampage fan. I hope Rashad does well against Rua. We all know he has poor takedown defense, so it will make for an interesting fight. I think Rua will be better in the clench, but Rashad is faster on his feet. This will be interesting to see. I’m definitely buying that fight.

I think it was a great fight. Had wild points, but this was more about controlling emotion and fighting smart. Rashad did it, and Rampage looked scared for most of it. What I will never get is some one like Jackson coming from a wrestling background always looks like a lost puppy in the ground game.

It’s only off his back. Wrestlers are about being in dominate positons, and being on your back means you’re losing so it’s not a place he wants to be. He wall walked pretty good, he wasn’t held down to long. I doubt Rashad makes it pass Shogun. If Rampage came out in the first round like he did in the third then it would’ve been a closer fight but he didn’t. Sucks that Rashad won but he won’t win against Shogun.

No way Rashad beats Rua. Shogun has a versatile attack, the Shogun we saw agianst Machida was a Shogun with a game plan. Shogun is gonna come out chop away with kicks and and overwhelm Rashad. We all saw what kind of Chin Rashad had in the fight with Machida. He survived against Rampage because he gased. If Rapage had more strength and cardio in this fight he would’ve finished. Shogun is gonna beat Evans.

i knew rashad was gonna win jus cuz he’s smarter, quicker, and can do more than jus punch. rampage is a one dementional fighter for the most. but in the end it couldve been a lil better.

I knew it would go down this way. exactly like the thiago silva fight. Rashads afraid of punching power ever since machida so he just holds guys in the clinch or on the ground to eek out the decision. Rampage just has too much Power and too good of a chin for rashad to stand and bang with him. Greg Jackson had a perfect gameplan for Rashad. basically neutralize any of Rampages strengths by holding on/laying on him for 3 rounds and not trying to finish
