  1. An interesting video that would have been far more effective had correct technique been used. Instead of a knife-hand strike, the actual break was performed by the lower forearm with heavier bones in use.

    This is not to say the instant deformation would not have happened in the hand, but this video must be intended for those who know nothing about martial arts.
