  1. Diaz didnt live up to expectations while he was in the UFC before. He lost to people like Diego Sanchez and KJ Noons for crying out loud. GSP will just smother him and hold him down for 25 awful minutes like hes done to all of his recent challengers, then apologize for his boring performance. GSP fights not to lose, rather than dominate his opponent with his skills, and actually prove hes the better fighter. And Nick Diaz is Nick Diaz… Why would anyone care to see this fight?

    • come on i dont like Daiz but he will take the fight to GSP plus Champ to
Champ……GSP’s loses were due to hard hits and Daiz has good boxing even
though GSP has been working hard on his with Freddie Roach, and Pac but
Strikeforce said no way that Daiz is there Champ and isnt fighting GSP any
      time soon

  2. I agree GSP would most likely win but only by a smothering him and playing safe. But that doesn’t make him a better fighter. It makes him someone who knows how to exploit the rules and grind out a victory just by smothering…If GSP fought to win and stood with nick, Nick would have a good chance for a rather easy KO. Nick’s bxing is light years ahead of GSP and GSP has a glass chin vs Nick’s iron chin. However, GSP’s athelitism and takedowns is going to dictate where the fight takes place and george will again play safe. Nick maybe a bit more technical on the ground but, is just not explosive and atletic enough to counter GSP and put his technique to use especially against someone who takes zero chances like GSP.
GSP adv: size, takedown, athletism, takedown defense
    Nick: Chin, Stand up, toughness

But unless GSP brings it, it will be another boring fight with GSP running until he can get a takedown and he will use his size/weight to wear down and frustrate Nick who actually fights to win
